Bezoar Ibex Hunting in Turkey
Experience an authentic Bezoar Ibex hunt in some of Turkey’s most impressive mountain regions. Before the hunter arrives, the outfitter carries out pre-scouting across different hunting areas to locate the best available trophies. The package is offered for Bezoar Ibex trophies starting from approximately 90 cm, with no maximum size limit specified in the offer.
Once in the hunting area, the hunt begins with a rifle test-shooting session together with the Professional Hunter. The hunt takes place in forested and rocky mountain terrain, generally at altitudes between approximately 750 and 2,000 metres. Typical shooting distances range from around 250 to 400 metres and may occasionally be longer depending on the terrain and hunting conditions.
The hunting area is selected according to the hunter’s requirements, physical condition and the best available opportunities at the time of the hunt. The prime period for Bezoar Ibex hunting is generally during the rut, between December and January, depending on the region.
Day 1 — Arrival
Arrival, transfer to the hunting area, accommodation and rifle test-shooting.
Day 2-6 — Hunting days
Bezoar Ibex hunting with Professional Hunter. Daily hunting activity in selected mountain areas according to weather, trophy availability and local conditions.
Day 7 — Departure
Departure and transfer to the airport.
