Experience selective male red deer hunting in Emilia-Romagna, within a managed hunting area characterised by authentic natural surroundings and careful wildlife management. During the hunting day, you will be accompanied by experienced local staff throughout the main stages of the hunt, from locating and observing the animal to the final approach and selective harvest. The following categories of male red deer are available: • Yearling stag: €2,000; • Class II subadult stag: €3,000; • Class III adult stag: €5,000.
The booking covers the first guided hunting day, at a cost of €100. The price of the red deer is paid separately only if the animal is harvested or wounded and varies according to its category. If the red deer is located but not harvested, or if no suitable animal is located during the hunting day, the price of the animal will not be charged.
Only the €100 guiding fee will remain payable. Additional hunting days may be arranged, subject to animal availability and local hunting regulations, at a cost of €100 for each additional day. If the animal is wounded, it will be considered harvested and must be paid for in full according to the assigned category, even if it is not recovered.
The presence of even a single trace of blood will result in the animal being classified as wounded. Recovery of the animal is included and managed by the hunting organisation. Additional services such as trophy cleaning and preparation, skinning, taxidermy and meat processing can be requested separately.
Basic processing, consisting of dividing the animal into 4–6 large sections, is available for €500. More complete processing, including steaks, roasting cuts, stew meat or other specific preparations, is available at a personalised price. Accommodation is available at nearby properties, including a hotel in Sassuolo and a B&B located close to the hunting area.
Accommodation is not included in the price and must be booked separately. Assistance in selecting the most suitable option according to the chosen dates can be provided upon request.
